Proof and traceability

Demonstrate every part that leaves the workshop: who approved what, and when.

« How do we prove what left the workshop? »

What it changes

  • Every part approved by name

At harvest, the operator declares the part compliant or scrapped and signs with their personal code.

  • One report per print

File, material, machine, operator, ambience and energy go into a report that nobody can edit.

  • An answer, even a year later

When a customer or an auditor asks who approved a part and on what basis, you open its record.

Extract from the first page of a print report: header, file, machine, verdict on the process and on the part, summary and five indicators. The full report is shown in a demonstration.
