Management software for 3D printer fleets

All your 3D printers, every brand, on one screen.

DMEOS® is the software that supervises, controls and traces all your 3D printers, whatever the brand. It is installed in your workshop and works offline: your data stays with you.

On-site · works offline · multi-brand · licences listed with UGAP

DMEOS® home page, Fleet overview: at the top the workshop environment readings (power, temperature, humidity, CO₂, VOC, particles, pressure), below one card per machine, Bambu Lab H2D and Prusa Core One, with its state (printing, maintenance), the part and print progress, maintenance status and reliability index.

The DMEOS® home page: the workshop environment and every machine in the fleet, with its state, progress and maintenance status.

The solution

Your whole fleet, under control from one station.

  • One screen for every brand

Bambu Lab, Prusa, Ultimaker, Raise3D and the others on the same console: at last you have the full picture of the fleet.

  • The right job on the right machine

You see which machine is free and which one is waiting; the one drifting is flagged with its measurement, before the failed part.

  • Every part traced and proven

Wrong material: the job does not start. Every harvested part keeps its print report: how it was made, and who approved it.

How it works

Five steps, one screen.

  1. Connect your printers

Machine search window: six machines found on the network, each with its brand, address and an Add button.

DMEOS® looks for the printers on your network, on demand, and recognises them by brand. You choose which ones to add. Bambu Lab, Prusa, Ultimaker, Raise3D, FlashForge, Creality and more: 13 connector families. See compatibility

  2. Run your production in a few clicks

Bridge production queue: for each job, the file, the machine, the operator who submitted it, the material, the nozzle and the progress.

One queue for the whole workshop: what is waiting, what is printing, what is finished, on which machine and submitted by whom. You submit a job and DMEOS® only offers the eligible machines. See fleet control

  3. Support your operators, to avoid mistakes

Signature window for a critical action: operator code, masked PIN and numeric keypad.

Each operator has an account and a personal code (PIN), asked for on critical actions. Wrong material: the job does not start, and the reason is shown in plain words. User guide and manuals are at hand at the machine. See operator support

  4. Preserve the quality of your printers

Care fleet health screen: the machine with the lowest index, withdrawn for maintenance, with its score broken down component by component.

Each machine is compared with its own history: the one drifting is flagged with its measurement, and a machine with overdue maintenance leaves the dispatch. Preventive, never predictive. See fleet maintenance

  5. Trace every parameter

Extract from the first page of a print report: header, file, machine, verdict on the process and on the part, summary and five indicators. The full report is shown in a demonstration.
    Report extract: full demonstration live.

For every print: the file, the material, the machine, the operator, the workshop ambience and the energy. Each harvested part is declared compliant or rejected, and gets a tamper-proof, non-editable print report, on a compliance path toward ISO/ASTM 52920. See proof and traceability

Real DMEOS® captures, taken on the demonstration fleet: simulated machines and readings, screens identical to a unit's.

What you get

Machines that stay available, and parts you can account for.

  • Fewer failed parts

Wrong material, build plate not cleared, maintenance overdue: the job does not start, and the reason is shown.

  • Machines maintained before they fail

Each machine is tracked against its own readings: the one drifting is flagged, with the figures to show it.

  • A proof for every part

Who launched it, on which machine, with which material, who approved it: every harvested part keeps its tamper-proof, non-editable print report, on a compliance path toward ISO/ASTM 52920, and its record.

  • Data that stays with you

DMEOS® runs in your workshop and works offline. Production data stays on site; Farm-3D has no access to it.

Machine cards of the active fleet: for each printer, its state, progress, nozzle, bed and chamber temperatures, the detected material and the reliability index; the first card shows the machine withdrawn for maintenance, with the instruction to follow.

On each machine's card: its state, its reliability, and the instruction when it is withdrawn for maintenance. See fleet maintenance
