Operator support

Control who can launch what, and help everyone do it right.

« Who is allowed to, and how do we help them do it right? »

What it changes

  • One account per operator

Everyone signs in with their own identifier, and their personal code (PIN) is asked for on the actions that matter.

  • Everyone on their own machines

You reserve machines by capability or production class: an operator only launches what is open to them.

  • Help at the workstation

Each machine's instructions and manuals are right next to it, while the work is under way.

Accounts screen in the settings: three named accounts (identifier, name, role operator, manager or referent, state in service), then what each role can do: the operator launches routine jobs, the manager goes up to class P5 and sets up the workshop, the referent also manages accounts.

The features, by use

    Creation, deactivation, personal code (PIN).

  • PIN on critical actions

Not on every click: where it matters.

  • GDPR erasure

An operator can be erased, with an information notice.

  • Reserved machines

By capability and by production class.

  • Zones and groups

Machines laid out like the workshop.

  • Explained refusal

A readable reason, not an error code.

  • Risk-free viewing

A read-only phone: see, never act.

  • Per-machine instructions

Distilled over successive prints, at the workstation.

  • Maintenance manuals

    Available next to the machine.

  • Operator levelssoon

    They unlock machine classes.

  • Qualificationsoon

    It unlocks machine rights.

  • Step-by-step assistantsoon
